Emergency Service

Your organization depends on its connectivity to communicate with employees, vendors and most importantly customers. In the event of a system failure, you must have an urgent response.

Eastern American Data / Voice, Inc. provides Emergency Service 24 hours a day, sevens days a week. When you need us, we'll be there.

All calls received—outside of regular business day, Monday thru Friday (8:30am — 5pm, including Holidays) — are considered emergency service and are subject to a $325.00 service fee. With an all inclusive service package all service charges are covered (Excludes Holidays).
